Golden Beauties was created as something that does not exist. Our Tower Bridge has no California Poppies near it on the banks of the Sacramento River. 

​

 

I donated the original to the KVIE Art Auction 2019. I listed the painting at $350. It got a winning bid (bell ringer) of $500. West Sacramento has adopted the bridge as our city landmark.

 

I was extremely surprised and happy that my painting was on the cover of their booklet.
